Our Story

Back in 2012, three of us were sitting in a cramped downtown office, frustrated with how traditional law firms just didn't get the tech sector. Companies were getting advice that was either too cautious or completely missed the mark on actual business realities.

So we figured, why not do it differently? We started Unified Vector with a pretty simple idea - give businesses legal advice that actually makes sense for how they operate today, not how companies worked thirty years ago.

The "vector" part isn't just marketing speak. In math, a vector's got both direction and magnitude. That's what we aim for with every client - clear direction backed by substantial expertise. Sure, it sounds a bit nerdy, but most of our clients appreciate that we're straightforward about things.

What started as three lawyers handling corporate governance has grown into a team of 20+ professionals covering everything from M&A deals to data privacy compliance. We've worked with startups that became unicorns, established corporations navigating digital transformation, and pretty much everything in between.

The tech world moves fast - regulations even faster these days. We've built our practice around staying current without getting caught up in every trend that comes along. Our clients need practical guidance, not theoretical discussions about what might happen someday.
